Coaches

Welcome Coaches

Welcome to Belwest Foxes Soccer Club and thank you for coaching with us. Our coaches are central to the success of our teams and the development of our players.

We genuinely value the time, energy and commitment you contribute each week, often balancing coaching alongside work, family and other responsibilities. Your effort makes a real difference, both on and off the pitch, and we are grateful for the role you play in our club community.

At Belwest, coaching is about development, enjoyment and inclusion.

We encourage our coaches to:

  • Create a safe, positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Focus on skill development, teamwork and confidence.
  • Promote respect, fair play and good sportsmanship.
  • Support players of all abilities to enjoy their football.

Results matter, but player growth and enjoyment always come first.

Coaches are leaders within our club. Your behaviour, communication and attitude set the tone for players, parents and officials. We encourage coaches to be positive role models and to contribute to a respectful, welcoming club culture that connects juniors, seniors and families across Belwest.

Thank you for coaching at Belwest Soccer Club. We are proud to have you with us and appreciate everything you do to support our players and the club.
