How to Submit a Complaint

Submit written complaints with details to secretary@belwestsoccer.com.

Timeline

• Urgent issues are addressed as soon as practical (may exceed one week).
• Non-urgent matters are discussed at regular committee meetings held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm, Charnwood Labor Club.

Resolution

The committee may request in-person attendance to discuss issues. Outcomes are communicated via email or in-person notification.
