Members Special General Meeting and Committee Elections — Thursday 1 October

Club members are invited to a Special General Meeting and Committee Elections to help Belwest prepare for the 2027 season.

  • Thursday 1 October 2026
  • 7.00pm to 8.30pm
  • In person: Ginninderra Labor Club, Lhotsky Street, Charnwood
  • Remote: MS Teams dial-in details will be provided by Monday 14 September 2026

Special General Meeting (7.00pm to 7.45pm)

Members will review and vote on proposed changes to the Club Rules / Constitution. Detailed documentation will be emailed by Monday 14 September for your consideration. The proposed changes take in member feedback from the earlier Special General Meeting this year.

Committee Elections (7.45pm to 8.30pm)

These volunteer Committee roles are open for election for the 2026–2027 period:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Events Coordinator
  • Communications Officer
  • Equipment Manager
  • Merchandise Officer

You do not need previous committee experience. Roles can be shared where that works. If you can only help in a smaller way, still get in touch.
