Play by the Rules — Digital Awareness Campaign

By Belwest Foxes

Play by the Rules (PBTR) has launched a national digital awareness campaign running from 8 April to 12 June 2026, promoting safe, fair and inclusive community sport.

PBTR provides community sport volunteers — administrators, coaches, officials and parents — with clear, practical tools to handle real club situations with confidence. The campaign aims to lift awareness of these resources across volunteers in clubs like ours.

What's in the campaign

  • A 90-second hero video, "Why is inclusive, safe and fair sport important", embedded on the PBTR homepage.
  • Three 15-second video segments running as digital and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads from 8 April to 12 June 2026.
  • An Auslan version of the hero video is also available.

Why it matters for Belwest

The campaign target audience is people aged 35–55 involved in community sports clubs as administrators, volunteers, or parents — that's a big slice of our club. PBTR's free resources are well worth a look if you coach, manage, referee, or sit on a committee.

Get involved

PBTR will run organic posts through their Meta channels around National Volunteers Week (18–24 May 2026) and can tag partner clubs. If anyone at the club would like Belwest to be involved in a tagged post, get in touch with the committee.
